New Millennium Bank was granted a New Jersey state charter on July 12, 1999 and opened its doors for business one week later. The bank generates commercial, mortgage, and consumer loans and receives deposits from customers at its New Brunswick and Somerset New Jersey locations. For customer convenience, the bank instituted online banking in 1999.
